Presentation Introduction

Mrs. Utah, Karmel Larson, shares her platform “Declaring Decency: Engaging Civic Leaders, Educators and Families in a T.E.A.M. Effort to Stand For Decency,” promoting Treatment, Education, Activism and Monitoring of decency within our relationships, our homes and our communities.  

As a full time homemaker, Karmel uses her university education as a licensed social worker for community volunteerism as President of the Utah Valley Chapter of American Mothers.  She promotes the White Ribbon Campaign, a national effort to "Fight Pornography and Stand For Decency".   She also serves as Director for the Parents Television Council, Utah County Liaison for Citizens For Families and the Utah Coalition Against Pornography Roundtable.   

Her greatest joy is at home with husband, Brigham and their five beautiful children.
